Creighton Manning Engineering  was the civil engineer of record. They were responsible for boundary and topographic surveys, preparing a traffic impact study, and site design services. Creighton Manning designed an underground stormwater system, water and sanitary sewer service for each building, and provided utility coordination.

The site required highway work permits from the New York State Department of Transportation, and coordination and approval of the Town of Brunswick.

ARAX Properties, LLC is the owner and developer of the three-acre commercial property. Phase 1 of the Hillcrest Plaza project included demolition of six existing structures and construction of the 6,900 s/f Advance Auto Parts store and a retail pad site for a 4,000 s/f building.

“We are very happy with the innovative design,” said Charles Tutunjian of ARAX Properties. “Creighton Manning did a great job of maximizing the developable land.”
