Harden Crawford IV, principle of HLC Realty, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm out of Westport, Conn., has brokered the sale of 16 New Scotland Ave. for $15 million. The sale price represented $278 per s/f.
16 New Scotland Ave. is a 100% occupied newly built 54,000 s/f, three-story medical office/retail building. The building was built in 2009 by Columbia development and is across the street from the Albany Medical Center campus.
The property was purchased by American Realty Capital.
