Corti and Bichoupan join Highcap Group

New York, NY Highcap Group has recently welcomed Lou Corti as a director and Jonathan Bichoupan as an investment sales associate.

Corti is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry who has consulted on multiple transactions over the course of his 13 year career. Knowledge of all asset classes, REO’s, note purchases, zoning and construction, along with his understanding of deal making, Corti has proven to be a reliable and efficient broker for all parties involved in each transaction.

Notable sales transactions include a Brooklyn police station conversation, multiple midtown office conversions, and numerous multifamily properties throughout all five Boroughs. Corti is a graduate from NYU and a USAF Veteran.

From an early age Bichoupan has been involved in the world of business. His last endeavor was at KMB Worldwide. During his time at KBM Worldwide he helped close millions of dollars in transactions, and had the opportunity of helping develop a new division of the company that would fund private businesses throughout the country.

While living in a community involved in real estate, what started out as curiosity turned into a passion. Bichoupan has been able to take the skills he’s gained from his past experiences and seamlessly merge them with a field he loves. He understands the rewards of hard work, and how important efficiency, diligence and service are in this industry.
