CoreNet presents checks to Make-a-Wish and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island

Westbury, NY CoreNet held a fall networking event on Wednesday, November 11th at the Westbury Manor.  CoreNet presented a check to the Make-A-Wish Metro New York and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island. They presented each charity with a check for $10,000 from the proceeds from our annual golf outing.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
