CIBS honors Lawlor of TD Bank and Leviton of CBRE

Woodbury, NY The Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) of Long Island honored Keith Lawlor, TD Bank vice president and senior commercial lender, with its annual Associate of the Year Award and David Leviton, senior vice president in the Long Island office of CBRE Inc., with its annual Achievement Award. The awards, presented at the CIBS Annual Meeting at the Fox Hollow Inn on November 18th, recognizes and encourages the support and involvement of CIBS members and associate members in the activities of the real estate brokers group. Lawlor has helped to spearhead the organization’s Future Gen educational programs.  Also, TD Bank is a sponsor of CIBS. He has 12 years of banking and lending experience and has been with TD Bank and its predecessor, Commerce Bank, since 2003. “Keith and TD Bank has been staunch supporters of CIBS and this award recognizes his growing involvement in our organization,” said CIBS president David Chinitz. Leviton, who has 27 years of experience in office leasing and sales, currently is treasurer of CIBS and a member of its executive board. He previously was secretary of CIBS. In addition, he co-chairs the organization’s highly successful annual golf outing and is the chief planner for CIBS summer and winter parties. “David has been a long-time member of CIBS and his involvement this year on our board and in planning our activities goes above and beyond the call of duty and certainly merits recognition,” said Chinitz.
