BOMA Long Island holds “7th Annual Bowling with BOMA”

Melville, NY BOMA Long Island held its “7th Annual Bowling with BOMA” that took place on October 15th at Bowlmor Long Island. Last year’s first place team, “Team United” (Rick, Alan, and David Yaffe, Luis DeJesus) was defeated this year by team “We Gotta Go” (Bob Taliana, Chris Kelly and Mike Pergola).  Team United still holding a close second by only a few points! Another great night of networking, prizes and  team building! BOMA would like to express their gratitude to Joseph Alex of American Maintenance and  T.J. Muro of ServPro of East Meadow/Westbury for donating prizes at the event. BOMA would also like to thank their photographer, Denise Rueda of Briscoe Fire Protective Systems.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
