Cooper Square Realty to manage 147 Waverly Place

Cooper Square Realty has been retained to manage 147 Waverly, a luxury, residential condominium in the West Village of Manhattan. Originally built in 1912, the seven-sided tower combines a rich pre-war history with contemporary sophisticated design and modern amenities. The building contains 20 half and full-floor condominiums with spacious interiors ranging in size from approximately 1,450 to 3,950 s/f. Some apartments have a private patio or balcony. "The building combines the warmth and intimacy of the West Village with a striking modern design and the latest in amenities and services," said David Kuperberg, Cooper Square Realty CEO.
