Cooper Square Realty promotes Clarke to director of Mitchell Lama Management team

Cooper Square Realty has promoted Denise Clarke to director of the Mitchell Lama Management team. Clarke had previously served as assistant director of the team. Cooper Square Realty's Mitchell Lama team, d/b/a Wentworth Property Management, currently oversees the management and operations of 17 Mitchell Lama housing communities in the New York area, making it the largest manager of this type of community in New York City. Created in 1955, the Mitchell-Lama program provides affordable rental and cooperative housing to moderate- and middle-income families, with oversight responsibility by city or state agencies.
