"We are putting a truly amazing space on display to the brokerage community with all the hoopla and fanfare it deserves," said Consolo. "It's an expansive, dramatic and architecturally distinctive restaurant space and the perfect venue for N.Y.'s next culinary legend." Aquino said, "Luxury improvements already may top $6 million, while extensive frontage on two main thoroughfares and the draw of one of the world's choicest dining and tourist destinations make it a recipe for success." 622 Third Ave. is in dining central, with Dock's Oyster House and Seafood Grill anchoring the opposite corner. The site is also close to Capital Grille, Oyster Bar & Grill, The Palms I & II and California-based Mexican chain Sinigual.
