Conley Associates has recently completed lease negotiations for Northway Service Center, Inc. Northway moved into a 2,850 s/f space at 952 Broadway. Conley Associates accomplished this within a rigid timeline of one month, with Larkin Commercial Properties representing landlord Bret Peek. The property features one bay with 12' overhead door, a compressor and lift stay, 70' road frontage on Broadway and 97' road frontage on North Pearl St. Conley Associates is a commercial real estate firm that provides services through four divisions: advisory services, tenant/buyer representation, design services and construction supervision. Conley Associates was established in 1993.
