Conley Associates recently completed the following transactions: * Conley Associates represented Wolff's Realty LLC in purchasing 942 Broadway originally home to the Key Bank building in the 1930s. * Conley Associates represented Herzog, Engstrom & Koplovitz, P.C. in the renewal of their 6,862 s/f lease located at 7 Southwoods Blvd. The landlord is 7 Southwoods Boulevard, LLC with the assistance of their broker, Picotte Companies. * Conley Associates represented Mental Health Empowerment Project Inc. in the relocation of their space to 21 Colvin Ave. The landlord is Empire Holding of Albany, with the assistance of their broker, Carrow Real Estate. * Conley Associates represented Girvin and Ferlazzo in the renewal of their 11,397 s/f lease located at 20 Corporate Woods. The landlord is Corporate Woods, LLC with the assistance of their broker, Picotte Companies. * Conley Associates provided consulting services to Albany IVF in the relocation and tenant improvement construction of their 10,500 s/f space to 399-401 Albany Shaker Rd. The landlord is Crisafulli Associates, LLC. * Conley Associates represented Pacific Pulmonary in the relocation of their 4,524 s/f space to 4A Northway Lane, Latham. The landlord is Ferri-O'Brien Realty LLC with the assistance of their broker, Hunt Commercial Real Estate.
