Concourse Realty Partners sells three Bronx warehouse buildings for $15.86 million total

1180 and 1194 Randall Avenue - Bronx, NY

Bronx, NY Concourse Realty Partners completed the sale of three adjoining warehouse buildings in the Hunts Point neighborhood: 1180 Randall Ave., 1194 Randall Ave., and 531 Tiffany St.

The sale price was $15.86 million.

531 Tiffany Street - Bronx, NY

The buildings combine for 51,250 s/f. The M1-2 zoning offers 48,150 s/f of additional air rights. The properties have 700 ft. of frontage on three of Hunts Points widest streets, Randall, Tiffany and Worthen. There is block-through access in the middle of the property and the buildings are equipped with heavy power.

Concourse Realty’s investment sales brokers David Simone and Bradley Evans represented the seller, while Tom Cisco of Feinberg represented the buyer.

Evans, the listing agent, said, “These buildings attracted institutional and local investors.  The Hunts Point industrial market is seeing high levels of demand from owner/users and investors.”
