Coleman of Houlihan Parnes/iCap arranges 72-unit building sale

James Coleman of Houlihan Parnes / iCap Realty Advisors, has arranged the sale of a six-story elevator apartment building with 72 apartments located at 615 West 183rd St. The property is located on the corner of Wadsworth Ave. and was held by the owner for 20 years. The purchaser completed a tax free exchange as part of the transaction. The seller was represented by Elizabeth Smith of Goldberg, Weprin & Ustin.
