Colby Development adds Fess as residential sales manager

According to Robert Marcus, CFO|vice president of Colby Development, LLC, Melody Fess joined the company as residential sales manager on the brokerage side of the full-service commercial real estate development company. Colby Development, LLC offers the full spectrum of real estate services including brokerage, development, property, facilities and asset management, real estate financial services and distressed asset services. Ms. Fess is uniquely qualified to immediately represent our Rochester, NY clients as a result of being a resident of the Monroe County area for over 20 years. Melody feels fortunate to have raised her children in such a great community. Before choosing a career in real estate, she worked in the engineering field and has a very "hands on" mechanical ability that easily translates to the real estate industry. She is also a certified EMT and has worked with a volunteer ambulance corps. This experience has taught her to be patient and caring, she has learned the skill of listening and tuning into the needs of others which will give her the unique ability to listen and get to the core of what your needs are and find the home that best meets those needs. Melody holds 2 associate degrees one in mechanical technology and one in computer aided design. This education in technology, computers and design give her a solid foundation for real estate.
