As the architect, Colberg Architecture led the team on behalf of the client, Bathhouse, including general contractor RSW Projects; the landlord, Friedland Properties; interior designer, Rockwell Group; MEPS engineer Collectif Engineering; pool consultant Aquatectonic; lighting consultant Loop Lighting; and spa consultant Bradford Wellness & Spa to ensure a successful result.
