Cohen & Perfetto LLP on "Super Lawyers" list second year in a row

Marshall Cohen and Louis Perfetto, founding partners of real estate law firm Cohen & Perfetto LLP, have been named to New York "Super Lawyers" for the second year in a row. The annual list is a competitive review of attorneys in 60 practice areas and is distributed in September as a supplement of the Sunday New York Times. The list includes the top five percent of attorneys in the New York metropolitan area, as determined through a balloting process and selective review by the publishers of Law & Politics magazine. Cohen is distinguished in the industry for his handling of large-scale acquisition and development deals, many of which involve complex legal issues such as the sale of air rights or 1031 exchanges. Perfetto specializes in large-scale commercial development projects, often requiring expertise in zoning issues, and is also a recognized legal expert in the development of self storage facilities.
