Manhattan, NY The Lower East Side has a new addition to its skyline with the topping out of 150 Rivington, the residence by Cogswell Lee Development. With construction and design by Gluck +, the building now stands seven stories tall.
The project will yield 45 new condominiums, each averaging 1,054 s/f. To date, 40% of the units have sold, leaving 27 on the market. Stribling Marketing Associates is leading sales. Four penthouse units each include private outdoor terraces with views of the city skyline. The building is crowned by a communal outdoor terrace on the rooftop.
150 Rivington is sited atop the former Streit’s Matzo Factory, located three blocks away from the Delancey-Essex Street Subway Station. The project is expected to be completed this year.
