New York, NY Developer COA 200 E 34th LLC celebrated the opening of a sales gallery for its new project, Eastlight. Located in Kips Bay and boasting its sophisticated collection of studio to two-bedroom condominium residences, Eastlight recently launched its sales program with the opening of a 4,600 s/f sales gallery and introduction of a new website. The sales gallery is located on the 29th floor of 475 Park Ave. South and provides a view of the building, currently under construction at the corner of 34th St. and 3rd Ave.

With exterior and interiors designed by CetraRuddy Architects, Eastlight employs a modern vernacular with its dramatic, eye-catching cantilevered design. Residences at Eastlight incorporate materials selected to impart a sense of Refined, calm sophistication, and high-floor condominiums offer expansive views of the city’s skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. Nancy Ruddy, a partner in the design firm, cites the building’s “luminosity,” with light shining into homes from multiple directions from the corner exposures that feature prominently in many of the building’s residences.

In a nod to changing lifestyles, Eastlight offers 17 residences designed with flex spaces that can be used for myriad purposes—as a home office, nursery, personal fitness or creative studio—an attractive option for many buyers. The condominium’s literal and figurative, “top notch” amenities–all located on the 34th floor–include a fitness center, private training studio, game room, and terrace lounge with dining area and its own barbecue.

“We expect to attract a mix of buyers looking to take advantage of low interest rates, attractive pricing, and an excellent central location, as well as those looking to trade up with more room for home offices, nurseries, creative studios or home gyms,” according to Tricia Hayes Cole, executive managing director of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, who is exclusively handling sales and marketing for the project.

Eastlight’s sales gallery features a full-scale model of the building and a model of Manhattan so buyers can see the building’s attractive positioning as it relates to desirable nearby neighborhoods such as NoMad, Midtown, Gramercy Park, the Flatiron District. The building’s location on the corner of 34th St. and Third Ave. provides access to the city’s technology districts around Madison Square Park and on the West Side, and is close to the FDR and transportation to the Financial District.
