Clinton Management inks 6,200 s/f lease with Laundrybee at Douglaston’s 3254 White Plains Rd.

New York, NY Clinton Management, the property management affiliate of Douglaston Development, has arranged a 15-year, 6,200 s/f lease, inclusive of a 20-car parking lot with MWBE laundromat provider, Laundrybee at 3254 White Plains Rd. in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx.

Kathy Zamechansky and Duley Panaigua of KZA Realty Group, Inc. represented the landlord, Douglaston Development in the lease. Michael Raifaisen and Anthony Jurkovic of Commercial Retail Associates represented the tenant, Laundrybee.

Upon opening in early 2023, Laundrybee will utilize the space as their inaugural Bronx location, providing the Williamsbridge neighborhood with an added laundromat resource, which will provide approximately 68 brand new washing machines and 70 new dryers to the community.

3254 White Plains Rd. is situated within the ground-floor of Douglaston’s 700 Rosewood, which was brought to final completion in 2011 and consists of 125 moderate-income residences. Additional building amenities include a resident community room, commercial and medical facility offices, on-site laundry and an on-site underground parking offering. The property was constructed through the New Housing Opportunities Program of the New York City Housing Development Corp. and the Mixed Income Rental Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

With the addition of Laundrybee, Douglaston’s retail and commercial spaces across their Bronx portfolio are now 100%  leased to operators providing community resources across the healthcare, social services, higher education, food and laundry sectors that total over 88,000 s/f across 700 Rosewood, Crossroads Plaza in Mott Haven and the two-phase, mixed-use project underway at 2856 Webster Ave. and 410 Bedford Park Blvd., adjacent to the New York Botanical Garden’s (NYBG) 250-acre grounds.
