Cleeman Realty Group negotiates off-market sale of 102,337 s/f Wegmans Supermarket store

Irondequoit, NY Cleeman Realty Group brokered the sale of a single tenant Wegmans Supermarket. The 102,337 s/f building is located at 525 Titus Ave. and is on a 12+/- acre site. The Wegmans is part of a larger center called Irondequoit Plaza anchored by Big Lots, Dollar Tree and Dollar General. The property is well located with a traffic count of 21,000+ vpd and access to Keeler St. Expwy.

Michael Cleeman represented the buyer and Sam Seelenfreund represented the seller.

“The buyer was drawn to the property due to its high sales volume and a lease that allowed for no landlord responsibilities,” said Cleeman.

“The seller was able to transact at a price that made sense for them to separate the Wegmans from the rest of the center,” said Seelenfreund.
