Cleeman Realty Group arranges the off-market sale of a net lease ALDI in Ocean Springs, MS

Ocean Springs, MS Cleeman Realty Group negotiated the sale of a net-leased ALDI located at 1515 Bienville Blvd. The property is situated on 2.54 acres and is positioned within a well-trafficked retail corridor.

Sam Seelenfreund of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and seller.

The asset attracted strong investor interest due to ALDI’s high-performing business model, essential retail classification, and the property’s accessible location within a growing Gulf Coast market. The streamlined lease structure and credit tenancy further contributed to the property’s appeal.

“This transaction reflects continued investor demand for high-quality, necessity-based retail backed by strong operators,” said Seelenfreund. “Well-located grocery assets like this continue to perform and attract capital, even in a dynamic market environment.”
