City Connections arranges a 13,579 s/f lease renewal

City Connections Commercial completed a lease renewal at 71 West 23rd St. Tenant Comvision/P.C. Learning Centers, Inc. renewed the 13,579 s/f space for an additional 10 years. Both the tenant and the landlord, The Trustees of the Masonic Hall, were represented by Herb Goldberg and David Schlamm of City Connections Commercial. Owned by non-profit organization the Masons, who have supported such community projects as blood drives and Child ID programs, the building is very unique for the city and has a rich history. Free public tours of the Masonic Hall are offered where visitors can periodically see the Bible used to swear in the first President of the U.S., George Washington, who was also a Mason. Also available are meeting, conference and banquet rooms for a nominal fee. Earlier this year, City Connections Realty was named the exclusive broker for 71 West 23rd St., where the company has offices on the 10th floor.
