CIREB welcomes its newest associate members

CIREB has welcomed the following new associate members:Rod Bower, Weichert Realtors; Chris Cannucciari, Stewart's Shops; Joseph DiGesualdo, Realty USA; Karen Giles, Coldwell Banker Prime; and Craig Reynolds, Coldwell Banker Prime. On Monday, September 29th, CIREB will hold an educational seminar worth six hours of NYS Real Estate Education Credits. "Advanced Commercial Investment Workshop" will be presented by Tom Lundstedt, CCIM. Lundstedt is a recognized expert on the subjects of investment real estate and taxation. A former major league baseball player with the Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins, Lundstedt has an ability to present complex information in an entertaining and enlightening way. Lundsteadt holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota as well as the prestigious CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors.
