CIBS golf outing draws 100 to the Creek Country Club - June 27

About 100 golfers turned out for the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) Annual Golf Outing.
The June 27 event, held this year at the Creek Country Club, bordering on the Long Island Sound in Locust Valley, benefited Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Long Island.

The top foursome was John Bransfield (Advantage Title Agency), Jack Bransfield (Roslyn Savings Bank), John Racanelli (Farrell Fritz) and Jim Fitzsimmons (Sutton & Edwards) with a 68. They were followed by Ray Finkelstein (United Realty), John Simone (NAI Long Island), John Laruffa (NAI Long Island) and Linda Matos with a 70 and in third with a 70 were Mitchell Rechler (Rechler Equity Partners), Harry Stavro (Rechler Equity Partners), and Richard Karson and Phil Heilpern of CB Richard Ellis.
John Bransfield also won first individual gross with a 75, followed by Laruffa with a 76.

Advantage Title's Joseph Willen won for longest drive. Jerry Guerra of Paragon Group won the prize for closest to the pin at 1 foot 5 inches on hole No. 5. Ted Weiss of T. Weiss Realty was closest to the pin on hole No. 17 at 7 feet.
