Chiltern joins Meringoff as senior vice president of construction and building systems

New York, NY According to Meringoff Properties, Inc., Dan Chiltern, a veteran of the construction industry, with 20 years of experience working for two leading construction management firms, has joined the company as senior vice president of construction and building systems.           

“We are very excited to welcome Dan to our team,” said Jason Vacker, COO of Meringoff Properties. “Dan’s experience and knowledge of construction is extensive and includes a wide-ranging diversity of projects. He will be a tremendous asset to the company. Over the course of the past two decades, Dan has managed, estimated and supervised construction activities for more than three million s/f of commercial and residential property, equating to over half a billion dollars of projects.”

Prior to joining Meringoff Properties, Chiltern was with global construction management firm Structure Tone and earlier, he worked for J.T. Magen & Co.
