Everyone thinks that you need to have a car in Riverdale, not true. It was a simple mind set change to create a new way to do business in suburban Riverdale. Most of my brokerage business is in less then a two mile radius. So instead of hopping into my car to drive a block or three, I simply walk to my appointments. Walking in Riverdale is a beautiful experience and saves on fuel, and pollution; after all: New Yorker's are walkers.
