What was the most challenging part of working during the pandemic?
Learning the IT and administrative skills required to successfully work from home.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2021?
The retail real estate in the New York suburbs and in the boroughs has been surprisingly strong with some sectors almost sold out. I predict that strength will spread to Manhattan as local retailers and entrepreneurs take advantage of inexpensive leases, vacancies and access to various sources of capital that will be available to take advantage of the inevitable boom that comes from the return to normalcy. By Q4 of 2021 we will see restaurants opening, boutiques under renovation, and eager customers back on the streets.
What aspects of working from home did you enjoy most?
Spending more time with my beautiful wife!
