Charterhouse Development buys Rite Aid Pharmacy site at 7939 Brewerton Rd. in Cicero

Cicero, NY Charterhouse Development Corp. has purchased a Rite Aid pharmacy at 7939 Brewerton Rd.

The store totals 11,180 s/f and was acquired by an entity operated by Charterhouse Development from Cicero ECK LLC for $2.67 million.  

“This centrally located property serves residents of Cicero and the surrounding communities and we welcome the opportunity to be a part of the greater Syracuse region,” said Meredith Roy, president of Charterhouse Development.

“This property is a fantastic addition to our expanding presence in the Northeast market” said Brandt Sharrock, vice president at Charterhouse Development. “We continue to grow, and the Syracuse region fits well within our strategic geographic expansion.”

Rite Aid is a nationally recognized pharmacy chain with over 4,000 locations across the U.S.
