Centro Properties Group executes 3,200 s/f lease with Dollar Treat

According to Centro Properties Group, a 3,200 s/f lease has been executed with Dollar Treat at Unity Plaza, located west of the Taconic State Pwy. on the northeast corner of Rte. 82 and Unity St. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Unity Plaza and was represented by David Gerstenhaber of Centro Properties Group. A 10,000 s/f lease has been executed with Fashion Kraze at University Mall, located on the northeast corner of Tupper Rd. and East Main St. (Rte. 11) in Canton. Centro Properties Group is the owner of University Mall and was represented by Gerstenhaber. A 3,339 s/f All Clean Laundromat recently opened at Bristol Plaza, located in the southeast corner of I-276 (Pa. Turnpike) and I-95, on Durham Road at Veteran's Hwy. in Bristol, Pa. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Bristol Plaza and was represented by Ron Ruth of Centro Properties Group. Centro Properties Group is the second largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. Its portfolio of more than 600 properties is strategically located across 39 states and aggregates approximately 100 million s/f of gross leasable area.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
