Centerbridge Partners leases 75,800 s/f at Rudin’s 345 Park Ave.

Manhattan, NY Rudin made known that Centerbridge Partners will establish its New York City headquarters at 345 Park Ave., Rudin’s 44-story Plaza District office tower.

Centerbridge will occupy 75,826 s/f across 345 Park Ave.’s entire 22nd and 23rd floors. As part of a 15-year lease, Centerbridge will relocate from its current office up the block at 375 Park Ave. in the second quarter of 2027.

With a top tier amenity suite on the way, it provides the perfect Plaza District environment for today’s leading companies.”

Rudin is in the process of creating 45,000 s/f of new amenities at 345 Park Ave. The reimagined spaces will include a tenant-exclusive lounge and fitness and wellness center with equipment and services. In addition, the building will feature 22,000 s/f of food, beverage, and hospitality offerings, including Bar des Pres and two additional concepts from acclaimed French chef Cyril Lignac. These amenities will be completed early next year.

Robert Steinman, SVP of office leasing, represented Rudin in-house. Newmark chairman, national tenant representation Neil Goldmacher, executive vice chairman Brian Goldman and senior managing director Matthew Lorberbaum represented the tenant, Centerbridge.

Developed by Rudin and opened in 1969, the 1.9 million s/f tower has consistently housed top-tier companies including Blackstone, the NFL and Loeb and Loeb.
