Cedarland Development progresses on $9.5 million Michigan Ave. project – 38 units

Buffalo, NY Cedarland Development is scheduled to complete a luxury apartment complex on the corner of Michigan and Best St., 1145 Michigan Ave. in February 2023. This $9.5 million, 38-unit apartment complex will consist of six studios, 29 one-bedroom units, and three two-bedroom units. There will also be three affordable housing units available. Some Michigan Place highlights include outdoor patio with grill, valet trash, bike storage, in-unit laundry, gated parking, stainless steel appliances, and furnished options.

“We look forward to providing more accessible housing for the urban and medical professionals who work in the area,” said Dr. Fadi Dagher, president of Cedarland Development Group.

Michigan Place is adjacent to City Honors, and very close to the hospital district.

“It’s a street where a lot of students walk to train stations, so improving public safety and offering quality housing will benefit the community,” Kevin Dagher, vice president of Cedarland Development said.

The three-story building was designed by ELEV8 Architecture.
