CBRE, Howard Properties, and Colliers bring three new tenants to 100 Summit Lake Dr.

Valhalla, NY The Summit, a 750,000 s/f corporate campus, has made public the signing of new leases totaling 13,313 s/f at 100 Summit Lake Dr.

The Academy of Management, Inc. is leasing 6,850 s/f of office space. It is a professional association for management and organizational scholars. The company is moving from Briarcliff Manor and was represented by Michael McCall, senior vice president at CBRE.

AI Engineers is leasing 4,207 s/f. The company is moving from Elmsford and is a multidisciplinary firm that delivers innovative engineering solutions. The tenant was represented by Howard Greenberg of Howard Properties Ltd.

Ronald Johnn, CPA has leased 2,256 s/f. The firm assists taxpayers and small businesses with taxes. It is relocating from Columbus Ave. and was represented by Craig Ruoff, executive vice president at Colliers.

The Summit is a three-building office park located on 102 acres of landscaped grounds, woodlands, and lakes, combining a business environment and amenities.

The Summit’s tenant roster includes high-caliber corporations and Fortune 500 companies.

Amenities include private shuttle service to White Plains train station, full-service cafe and catering, covered on-site parking with charging stations, fitness facility with locker rooms and showers and on-site ownership. Located off Columbus Ave. in the town of Mount Pleasant, The Summit provides access to the Sprain, Saw Mill, and Bronx River Pkwys., as well as I-287 and I-684 and is minutes to Westchester County Airport.
