Cauldwell Wingate renovates 100,000 s/f office

White Plains, NY Cauldwell Wingate has completed an office renovation at the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. building at One North Lexington Ave. The construction fit-out included three full floors amounting to 100,000 s/f.

The project scope included the build-out of open work areas, interior office space, support space, six pantries, a lunchroom, multimedia conference rooms and a state-of-the-art multi-purpose room, all of which occurred in an occupied office building. Additionally, Cauldwell Wingate installed a fuel oil riser through occupied floors, steel dunnage on the roof to house the mission critical system and detailed finishes including millwork paneling and lighting, which, along with the furniture was provided by Fantoni, Armstrong, MAARS and Chelsea Lighting. 

“We were honored to have been selected to work on this renovation for the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation,” said Cauldwell Wingate president & CEO Steven Jureller. “I am proud of the Cauldwell Wingate project team for delivering the client a customized space in a timely and cost-efficient manner.”

Construction was completed in November 2018 and Cauldwell Wingate was recognized by the City for bringing 300 jobs to White Plains. There will be media coverage at the ribbon-cutting ceremony, with many local elected officials in attendance.
