Cassidy Turley announces 3 additions to brokerage division; Kahaner, Ogden, and Washburn

Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., have added three team members to its brokerage division: Susan Kahaner as senior managing director, Jennifer Ogden as senior vice president and Nancy Washburn as senior vice president. The additions of Kahaner and Ogden will strengthen the existing talent within the not-for-profit practice group and create further synergy between the arts and business community. Washburn will reinforce the brokerage division with a strong background in financial services and client management. Kahaner has a proven record of advising large corporations and not-for-profit organizations on occupancy strategy and will focus on further expanding the reach of the brokerage division. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Kahaner was at CBRE where she completed numerous transactions for clients including the Museum of Modern Art, Foundation Center, New York State Health Foundation, Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York and Care USA. Before her career in real estate, Kahaner was a staff writer for Walter Cronkite at CBS. In her new role, Ogden will focus on providing tenant representation services with a specialty in banking and financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations. She has managed a variety of clients on both a local and national level including Cinedigm, Hewlett Packard, KPMG, Rodale, The New York Foundling and UBS. She is a former board member of The Junior League of Montclair-Newark and a co-founder of the League's Endowment Campaign where she helped raise over $1 million, ensuring the organization's future financial stability. Washburn joins the brokerage division of Cassidy Turley providing leasing representation to financial services, corporate and middle-market organizations. Previously, she was at Jonathan Barry Associates, Inc. Her experience includes marketing, business development and client relationship management for global Fortune 100 corporate and institutional clients while she was a director of marketing and global client delivery in global transaction services with Citigroup and group VP of client services in global cash management services with The Bank of New York Mellon. "Our continued ability to attract more top-level talent allows Cassidy Turley to continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients. The level of expertise and stellar reputations that Kahaner, Ogden and Washburn bring are incredible assets to our New York team," said Peter Hennessy, president New York Tri-State Region, Cassidy Turley.
