When Caspi Development purchased 235-245 Main Street 10 years ago and renamed it the Renaissance Corporate Center, it recognized the importance of creating a class A office property with street-level boutique retail in an area of White Plains that soon would be home to City Center and the Ritz-Carlton. Tenants in the two four-story buildings that make up the Renaissance Corporate Center include law firms and small-to-midsize companies that desire a substantial presence in a location that has both elegance of design and proximity to White Plains businesses, government offices, transportation, dining and entertainment.
"This retail location appeals to innovative entrepreneurs who are pushing into new ground in White Plains and bringing great dining and retail concepts to area workers, residents and visitors," said Caspi. "Our corner of White Plains is truly revitalized, and we named the property Renaissance Corporate Center 10 years ago as we envisioned the White Plains of today." In the past year, Caspi Development and leasing partner Goldstein & Associates Realty, Inc. have renewed over 20,000 s/f of leases and signed up new tenants who are interested in this bustling downtown location. Additional retail tenants include Chase, Metrovision Optical Boutique, Scottrade, and Laser Touch Aesthetics.
Caspi recently completed major interior and exterior capital improvements in furnishings and infrastructure to enhance the tenant experience and direct the complex toward a greener and more environmentally-conscious future.
