Shmaruk and Sherman of The Manhattes Group retained to sell 6,000 s/f retail condo

The Manhattes Group has been retained on an exclusive basis to sell the prime corner retail condominium located at 316 Bowery and 4-6 Bleecker Street. The asking price is $15 million. The combined retail property features 6,600 s/f of restaurant space on two levels, which is fully leased to Saxon + Parole and Madam Geneva. The space has approximately 90 feet of frontage on Bleecker Street and 40 feet on the Bowery. "The Bowery is emerging as one of Manhattan's best retail corridors in the City. This is a great opportunity for an investor to purchase a cash flowing corner property in a great neighborhood on a major thoroughfare" said Alan Shmaruk the principal of The Manhattes Group, who is marketing the property along with Michael Sherman.
