Carswell appointed managing director of Largo’s Manhattan office

David Carswell, Largo

MANHATTAN, NY Largo has named David Carswell as the managing director of its newly relocated Manhattan office. He is focused on originating loans in the New York metro area, Long Island, and Westchester County.  

Prior to joining Largo, Carswell oversaw several large development projects and joint venture partnerships for the McGuire Development Company based in Buffalo. In that role, he also managed the financing activities for the firm’s portfolio of two million s/f of medical office and industrial properties. This background equips him to understand the various financing objectives of his owners and developers. 

Carswell also has experience in office leasing, investment property sales, and in the C&I energy industry.  

Carswell holds a BA from the University at Buffalo, an MBA from Medaille College, and a NY real estate salesperson license.
