Carlton hires Fear as a managing director

Thomas Fear has recently joined Carlton as managing director. With 12 years of real estate brokerage and investment banking experience, Fear's primary responsibilities at Carlton will be to enhance Carlton's presence in the investment sales market and source opportunities for Carlton Strategic Ventures (CSV), the firm's principal transactions group.
Prior to joining Carlton, Fear was a senior VP at Savills Granite, where he was integral to the sale and marketing of over $2 billion of office, industrial and retail properties. Fear will contribute to Carlton's debt financing, equity financing, and its equity and fund investment transactions.
Fear earned his BS degree from Roger Williams University and an MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU. He is affiliated with The Urban Land Institute, and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers.
