Cappelli Development’s 3THIRTY3 residential tower at 96% occupancy in less than a year

New Rochelle, NY According to Cappelli Development Co. the company’s 3THIRTY3 residential tower has reached over 96% occupancy in less than 11 months.

“The response from the market has been nothing short of outstanding and is a testament to all that downtown New Rochelle has to offer,” said Louis Cappelli, CEO of the Cappelli Organization.

Located at 333 Huguenot St., the 28-story glass tower features 285 apartments and amenities plus indoor and outdoor recreational spaces. The style and design of the apartments is complemented by white quartz countertops, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of Long Island Sound and New York City.

3THIRTY3 offers amenities including 24/7 concierge service; co-working spaces; exclusive resident access to two on-site Teslas, and over 240 on-site parking spaces with electric car charging stations. Residents have access to a cardio and weight training health club featuring a Pilates, yoga, aerobics studio and a full spectrum infrared sauna. There is also an all-season indoor/outdoor swimming pool and a private billiards room.

Entertainment amenities include a multimedia lounge; full-swing golf multi-sport simulator with brew bar; mixology lounge; professional chef’s event kitchen; outdoor terrace with fire pit; grilling area, and pizza oven. There is also a pet spa with a grooming station. In addition, 3THIRTY3 has exclusive access to The Surf Club on the Sound, a beach club with tennis courts, fine dining and a white sandy beach.

A transit-oriented development, 3THIRTY3 is just 3 blocks from the Metro-North/Amtrak train station which offers ±30-minute direct access to both Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station. It is also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and entertainment venues.

Cappelli is nearing completion of a second 28-story building directly across the street named ENCORE at 3TWENTY5 Huguenot St. featuring 241 apartments.

Both buildings are being developed by Cappelli Development and built by a Cappelli affiliate, LRC Construction.
