Capobianco of Conley Assocs. handles 2,270 s/f lease renewal

Dr. Richard Wilmot's practice concentrates on internal medicine and rheumatology, and is located at 2 Executive Park Dr. Through the services of Conley Associates, his offices will remain there for another seven years. Dr. Wilmot's lease was coming up for renewal, but he needed many changes done to the current property he was leasing, which led him to believe it would be easier to move. After contacting Conley Associates, who conducted a market research, it was found that Dr. Wilmot would save money and time by staying in his current space. A request was submitted to the landlord on behalf of Dr. Wilmot, for upgrades to the space, which was agreed upon and completed. "Conley Associates' expertise was invaluable during every aspect of our office search and lease negotiations. We were impressed with their ability to make a complicated process go so smoothly," said Dr. Wilmot and Jo Ann Wilmot. Leah Capobianco of Conley Associates brokered the 2,270 s/f lease renewal. Conley Associates, one of the Capital Region's only exclusive tenant/buyer representatives, also provides advisory services, design services, and construction supervision to commercial real estate clients.
