C&W/Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokers seven sales and leases total of 70,722 s/f

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) has completed the following: 

• CNY Racing purchased the 7,200 s/f freestanding commercial building at 6985 Collamer Rd. in East Syracuse. Stephen Byer sold the property for $425,000.  Gary Cottet of C&W|Pyramid represented the seller.

• Northeast HVAC Solutions leased 1,000 s/f of office space at 886 Brighton Ave. East. Cottet exclusively represented the marketing of the property and facilitated the lease for the landlord.

• A one acre parcel at 3822 Roma Rd. in Pulaski sold for $205,000.  Empire Management purchased the property from Pathfinder Bank. Jessica Lavelle of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer.

• Urban Realty Group purchased a multi-story apartment building at 135 Water St. from Spinaristu LLC for an undisclosed sale price. Michael Kalet of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer.

• World Fuel Services renewed leases at three locations in Parish: 12,972 s/f office building at 25 Mill St., 4,700 s/f office building at 2960 E. Main St., and a 2,100 s/f warehouse building at 2911 County Rte. 26. Gregory Hamel and John Rogers of C&W|Pyramid, with assistance from Jones Lang LaSalle facilitated the leases.

• A 6,704 s/f professional office building located at 5740 Commons Park Dr. in East Syracuse sold for $605,000. Dr. David Thurber purchased the building from Iroquois Healthcare. John Clark, SIOR, CRE and Brian Balash, CCIM of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and represented the seller, while Elaina Pirro of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer.

• General Insulation Co. leased 24,750 s/f of warehouse space at 2320 Milton Ave. Kalet represented the tenant.

• ICM Controls Corp leased 7,500 s/f of industrial flex space at 6515 Basile Rowe in East Syracuse. Cottet represented the tenant.

• Three acres at 5548 Rte. 31 in Verona was sold for $475,000.  The Oneida Indian Nation purchased the parcel from PTR Holdings LLC. Samuel Vulcano and James Furney of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and represented the seller.

• Guth DeConzo Construction leased 6,000 s/f at 1001 Broad St. in Utica. Furney represented the tenant.

• Westlake Development purchased the 10,055 s/f former Rite Aid building at 1035 Mohawk St. in Utica for $800,000. Plaza One Group sold the property. Jeffrey D’Amore, SIOR of C&W|Pyramid exclusively represented, marketed the property and facilitated the sale for the seller.

• Homogenous Metals leased 11,700 s/f of warehouse space at 9396 River Rd. in Marcy. Michael Conley of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketing the property for lease and represented the landlord.

• M&E Holdings purchased a 72,500 s/f industrial light-manufacturing building at 20400 Old Rome Rd. in Watertown from Cives Corp. for $1.25 million. Clark represented the seller.
