What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2010?
I defended a corporate client against a lawsuit claiming substantial damages on a contsruction project and won a large counterclaim against that claimant.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010?
I handled a closing on a large commercial property.
What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011?
Things are starting to come back.
What are some of your New Year's Resolutions?
I will try to use less paper.
