Build-A-Bear Workshop remodels space at Destiny USA

Syracuse, NY Build-A-Bear Workshop, an interactive destination at Destiny USA where guests can create personalized furry friends, is making its in-store experience more fun than ever for kids of all ages with a complete remodel of its location on the second floor. During the renovation, Build-A-Bear Workshop will occupy a temporary space located on the second floor of Destiny USA next to Wilson’s Leather. The renovation of its permanent space is expected to be completed late this month.

“We are incredibly excited to see the transformation of the iconic Build-A-Bear Workshop, which has meant so much to guests of all ages at Destiny USA,” said Aiden McGuire, director of marketing, Destiny USA. “We’re confident that our guests will find the new Build-A-Bear Workshop experience even more memorable and look forward to its sophisticated new logo, store set-up and more with our guests this spring.”

As part of an ongoing, company-wide brand refresh, the remodeled Build-A-Bear Workshop store at Destiny USA will be designed to increase productivity and optimize space while updating the overall brand look.

New elements include:

• Bigger than ever (seven-feet tall!) Build-A-Bear stuffer prominently placed in the store’s center

• New “Inspiration Wall” displaying different trends and fashions tied to pop culture, giving guests creative ideas for making each furry friend their own

• Sophisticated new logo, store set-up and color palette

• Updated storefront, featuring Build-A-Bear’s distinctive signature teddy bear silhouette
