Buckey and Norris of Cassidy Turley represent tenant in 28,430 s/f lease extension; Landlord is Mack-Cali

According to Cassidy Turley, EB Brands has signed a three-year lease extension for 28,430 s/f at Four Executive Plaza. The company will continue to occupy part of the first floor. "We were pleased to have assisted EB Brands in their lease extension to continue to house their company headquarters in Yonkers, N.Y.," said Peter Buckey, VP at Cassidy Turley. "The company was looking forward to extending their lease with a long term stable landlord." Mike Norris, managing director, at Cassidy Turley worked with Buckey on the deal. The landlord, Mack-Cali Realty Corp., was represented in-house by Carol McGuire, senior director of leasing. "Our company has enjoyed a long standing relationship with Mack-Cali" said Steve Brigham, COO at EB Brands. "We are very pleased that through Cassidy Turley's representation, we were able to work out an agreement to extend our lease and address the changing operational requirements of our business."
