Buchbinder & Warren's Abramson and Satterwhite arrange 2,050 s/f lease

William Abramson, director of sales & leasing, and Dan Satterwhite of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC represented the landlord in a 2,050 s/f lease at 189 Bleecker St. The corner retail will house Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a Calif.-based coffee company. Ben Birnbaum of Newmark Retail represented the tenant. The space contains 1,100 s/f plus a 950 s/f basement. Abramson said, "We are pleased to have a quality tenant to add to our portfolio. They are a class organization that delivers a quality product. They will enhance that corner located in the heart of the crossroads of Greenwich Village. This will be their 3rd store in New York City.
