Bucci of Longley Jones brokers $1.35 million sale of Syracuse mixed-use property

Syracuse, NY Andréa Bucci, director of brokerage at Longley Jones, recently completed the sale of a 40,000 s/f mixed-use property at 315-319 N. Salina St.

The sale price was $1.35 million.

The subject consists of 25 apartments and five commercial spaces.

DJB Associates was the seller, the buyer was not disclosed.
