Broadway Const. Group to develop 28-unit project with Goshow Archs., Stilman, Star Tech Eng. and MEP Eng.

Manhattan, NY Broadway Construction Group, a leading construction management firm specializing in ground-up new construction and complex repositioning, will be developing a residential project at 351 East 10^th St. The proposed development entails construction of a multi-story building that will stand at eight stories.

The project site, which is 4,740 s/f, is currently on vacant land located on the north side of East 10^th St. between Aves. B and C. Once completed, the building will provide 28 units of residential housing in the East Village. The design team consists of Goshow Architects, Silman Structural engineers, Star Tech Engineering, and MEP Engineering, P.C.

This location is prime for residential construction, being a short walk from the First Ave. subway station and Tompkins Square Park. It is also situated near a wide variety of retail outlets such as restaurants, bars, and various shopping locations.
