Once completed, the building will provide 28 units of residential housing in the East Village. The design team consists of Goshow Architects, Silman Structural engineers, Star Tech Engineering, and MEP Engineering, P.C.

This location is prime for residential construction, being a short walk from the First Ave. subway station and Tompkins Square Park. It is also situated near a wide variety of retail outlets such as restaurants, bars, and various shopping locations. As restrictions become less stringent and people begin returning to New York City, housing developments like these are essential.
