Design House Décor, a party event planning and décor service that is relocating from Yonkers, has signed a three-year lease for 3,016 s/f at 341 Jericho Tpke. Richard MacDougall of Breslin represented the landlord. Brokedown Palace LLC has purchased a 10,300 s/f commercial property located at 2170 Hempstead Tpke. in East Meadow. Russ Lico of Breslin represented both the seller and purchaser in the $395,000 sale.
