Breslin Realty completes lease signing with Familia Bakery

Hampton Bays, NY Breslin Realty has completed the signing of a long-term lease with Familia Bakery at 252 W Montauk Hwy. Familia Bakery will be occupying approximately 2,700 s/f in the Tiana Plaza shopping center.

Familia Bakery offers a wide selection of sweets and baked goods, including custom cakes, macarons, Colombian-style breads and pastries, empanadas, cookies, and much more. This will be the bakery’s third location, with stores currently operating in Patchogue and Central Islip, NY.

Cary Fabrikant of the Breslin organization represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Additional Tiana Plaza retail includes Planet Fitness, Wild by Nature, Dollar Tree, Domino’s Pizza, HSBC, Hampton Gyro & Grill, Cork & Jug Liquor Store, Hampton Bays Bagel, and Epic Nails.
