Breslin Realty closes on three lease transactions totaling 26,400 s/f

According to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty, Inc., the company has completed the following transactions: A long term lease was negotiated for one of the first Freshway Marketplace locations at 330 E. Jericho Tpke. This anchor endcap location provides incredible visibility for the retailer. Freshway Marketplace is also one of the first LEED-Certified independent gourmet grocers on Long Island. Freshway is dedicated to providing high quality fresh perishables in a friendly and inviting environment. Freshway continues to focus on customer service and strives to provide a strong neighborhood specialty market fee. Freshway Marketplace was represented by Russel Helbling of Breslin. Beth Lamport of Breslin completed a 9,000 s/f lease for David's Bridal in the Sunrise Promenade Shopping Center in Massapequa, N.Y. David's Bridal has two other L.I. locations of Westbury and Lake Grove. The tenant and the landlord were represented by Lamport. A lease was also completed with Pets Warehouse in the Selden Plaza Shopping Center in Selden. Pets Warehouse leased a 7,200 s/f pad site in the center. The power center is approximately 214,551 s/f. Pets Warehouse was represented by Amanda Gordon and Brad Barish of Breslin.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
